Learn to make: Sourdough Basics – Cornwall. 22nd February. £65

A hands-on course takes you through every stage in the process of making an incredible sourdough loaf, plus a few ideas for other recipes. Everyone goes home with starter culture and a gifted banneton full of a sour dough, ready to cook at home. And of course we all eat what we make on the day! Bookings open.

Learn to make: Vegan Basics – Cornwall. 22nd February. £65 

A hands-on course in making from scratch all those plant-based, dairy and egg free pantry basics you buy regularly. Nut milks, vegan butters, mayo and more. Palm oil free. Everyone goes home with an essential piece of kit. Bookings open.

Seasonal Celebrations: April Ramsons – Harewood Farm, Cornwall UK. 4th April. £35

An evening of sharing food and company celebrating ‘Wild Garlic’ at our Field to Fork Kitchen near Calstock. We’ll pick and source the most vital, home grown and local, seasonal, nutritious and nourishing ingredients that April has to give, and create a three course meal. Learn to make: Fermenting basics, Calstock Village Hall. 25th April. £65

A hands-on course in fermenting vegetables covering: sauerkrauts, wet brines, kimchi and the fantastic condiment shio koji. Everyone goes home with our gift of a fermenting vessel so you can get started at home. Bookings open.

Seasonal Celebrations: May ‘Hawthorn’ – Harewood Farm, Cornwall UK. 2nd May. £65

An extravagant May day Beltane evening of sharing multiple courses of exciting food and company at our Field to Fork Kitchen near Calstock. Celebrating the Beltane festival of fire with ‘Hawthorn’ as our special guest plant. Come, BYOB, share a table, and feast on a meal grown and foraged on the farm, and cooked with love and tender care by Jo and Kate.

Come and learn how to make beautiful tasting basic ingredients for your kitchen, from scratch, using beautiful vital ingredients. Everything we cover will be cupboard fillers that you’ll no longer have to buy from a supermarket.

Field to Fork – Growing Things. Cornwall. May 27- 31. £355. 

Spend 4 days at Harewood farm, growing and tending in the poly tunnel and the plot, and harvesting to cooking and eat from our land. Fire up your inspiration, and learn the practical skills that will transform your own plans to live a kinder more connected life into reality. Learn more.
